If you care about aesthetics, comfort and those little details that make a stay truly special, you are warmly invited to experience the magic of this tiny corner, tucked away among the apartment blocks – Tiny Heaven.
It all began with a heartfelt dream of a passionate musician who had always wanted to open a little shop selling CDs and cassette tapes – the beloved formats on which music was listened to back then. But it was meant to be more than just a shop. It was to be a place where music lovers could meet, exchange ideas and recommendations, share what they were listening to, and simply talk about music.
And so, GOGO MUSIC Shop was born. It became a beloved little place and was part of the local scene for more than ten years.
As digitalisation slowly changed the way we listened to music and CDs and cassettes began to fade away, GOGO MUSIC Shop eventually closed its doors, leaving behind countless beautiful memories and many lasting friendships built through music.
But the creative energy of this little space lived on – first through the hands of a shoemaker and later through the art of framing pictures.
Until 2023, when devastating floods swept through Koroška, flooding and washing away everything that had found its home in this tiny hidden corner.
After almost a year of drying out the walls and cleaning up, thoughts naturally turned to the future of this little space – a placethat has always carried its own unique and special energy.
It was time for it to start writing new stories again…
Gogo, a true artist at heart, imagined a new vision: the hidden little corner in Ravne would become an oasis for two – for travellers, tourists, artists, bon vivants, or parents longing for an evening to themselves.
“Tiny Heaven” – a little piece of heaven. These were the words that kept coming to mind. And the desire to bring them to life was strong enough to turn a dream into reality.
Set in an urban environment, right in the centre of a small town in the Koroška region of Slovenia, called Ravne na Koroškem.
Down a few steps, with a “Local” bar on the left and a storage space on the right. At first glance, the surroundings may not seem particularly promising, but appearances can be deceiving – there is much more here than meets the eye.
Just under three minutes away you’ll find a grocery store, restaurants and local taverns. The bus station is a five-minute walk away, while the beautiful castle park and library, the Olympic swimming pool and "Poseka" ski resort are all within eight minutes.
So, if you’re looking for easy access to both daytime and evening activities, you’ll find plenty nearby. However, more important than the surroundings or the accessibility of local attractions is what awaits inside this hidden little space.
And yes, we call it little for a reason – it really is tiny. Yet it offers everything you need for a carefree and indulgent getaway.
A comfortable bed, a cinema system with access to streaming platforms, a fridge stocked with space for your favourite cold drinks, and a kettle for making your morning coffee – best enjoyed with fresh bread rolls from a nearby local bakery, just a little over a two-minute walk away.
And for those chilly winter evenings, there is even an infrared sauna in the bathroom, where you can completely relax and let the day melt away.
